MY PERSPECTIVE - THIS IS HOW I WORK

I am passionate about telling stories that are real, and the aim through my work is to find beauty in everyday places that we can easily discard. My aim is to take you back to your wedding day through your images, and help you to remember what the day felt like. My approach is lifestyle, and that is a mix between documentary and posing work. I will not pose, but I will guide you through actions and games to achieve authentic emotions and I will look through the day for authentic emotions and moments that are real and raw.

FAQs

What services do you offer?

Wedding, engagement and family lifestyle photography for rad humans !

When should I book?

It all depends on your wedding date. For some reason, some dates are more popular than others, and Saturdays book faster than Friday and Sundays. A good rule of thumb would be at least 6 to 8 months before your wedding day.

Do we get an engagement session?

Engagement sessions are complimentary and included in all of my packages. This is a great opportunity to get to meet each other and get comfortable before your wedding day.

When will I receive my images?

A selection of your images will be available within 24 hours of your event and your full gallery will be available in 4 weeks.

Do I get all of the photos taken?

You will receive all final images that meet my standard and quality. Blinks, blurry and test shots will be deleted. I want you to re-live your wedding day so my aim is for all of your images to tell the best story if your day.

What type of equipment do you use?

I work with two bodies, a Canon R and a Canon R6 MII and I have spare bodies Canon 5D Mark III and Canon 6D.

What if my wedding is outside of Melbourne? Do you travel?

Yes! Of course I do! If you want to see my destination wedding work, then come and take a peek on my website!

How many weddings do you shoot a year?

I shoot between 15 to 20 weddings a year.

Will you be the primary shooter/is there a second shooter?

I will be the primary shooter for any wedding booked with me. Second shooters are available upon request at an extra $400 for a full day coverage.

Is this a side job or your main job?

Yes it is! I am a full time photographer

Do you edit all of the photos yourself?

I do! I aim to keep my editing consistent to provide the same quality work to all my clients. I aim to keep my editing style timeless so that you come back to your images in years to come and relieve your day feeling as true to the day as we can. If heavy editing is requested, let me know and I can come up with a quote for you.

Can I order prints through your site?

Sure can! I believe that your images should be printed. In my own experience, the technology changes too quickly so it’s hard to keep up, and it is easier for you to lose your images on a file than on paper.
